  • When do we get our tickets?
    Digital tickets/QR code: With Digital Delivery your tickets are emailed straight to your email address. Make sure to have your phone fully charged when you arrive at RushSouth Fest! Please note: Digital passes are sometimes not available to send until closer to the event. Typically, they are released within a week of the event date.   • What passes do I need for the Music Festival?
    Everyone needs a General Admission(GA) or a VIP pass.
  • Can I upgrade my ticket?
    Of course! Please contact Universe tickets and they can help you, if there are remaining VIP tickets.
  • I purchased a ticket from a friend/ it was gifted to me. Will this be a problem?
    No, but if you do sell your ticket to another customer, you will need to send them your QR code via email.
  • Is there any way to cancel my order or get a refund?
    All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. If you sell your festival pass to another customer, you will need to send them your QR code via email.
  • What about parking?
    Uptown Columbus has three free conveniently located parking decks. Please refer to Uptown Columbus Parking Map for parking locations.
  • Do I need to bring an ID to prove that I am 21 for the bar?
    Yes, you need to bring a valid state photo id or passport.
  • Can I leave the festival and come back?
    Yes, all guests are allowed re-entry into the festival with proof of admission.
  • When can we arrive to the festival?
    The Music Festival gates open at 5 PM on Saturday.
  • When does the music start?
    Artists will go on at 6:00PM
  • Is everything within walking distance?
    Yep - the festival grounds are really beautiful AND easily walkable from any point in Uptown Columbus.
  • Are children allowed at RushSouth Fest?
    Yes, but to be admitted into the Music Festival space, everyone must have a virtual ticket
  • Am I allowed to bring a pet to the event?
    Your furry family members will need to stay at home. *Service animals with proper paperwork and vests are allowed* Please email info@rushsouthfest.com with your pets information before arriving at the festival. Please note that animals may NOT be left at the parking lot. If they are found - proper steps will be taken with the local authorities.
  • Can I volunteer at RushSouth Fest?
    Yes, we value the support of volunteers to help us make the event a success. Find details on how to become a volunteer here!
  • Can we bring in alcohol?
    No, alcohol will be for sale at the festival.
  • Can I bring a lawn chair?
    Yes, but be a good neighbor and understand that people around you may want to stand and dance.
  • BAG POLICY
    ALL bags will be searched before entry. Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6" x 9" or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket. All other bags larger than 6" x 9" must be smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and clear.
  • Can we bring in outside food?
    We will have food vendors available on site so please note outside food will not be permitted inside the music festival grounds.
  • Prohibited Items
    NO Projectiles or Explosives or Fireworks NO Knives / Weapons Etc.
