VOLUNTEER
INFORMATION

By volunteering for RushSouth Music Fest, you’re making a commitment to the festival, its attendees and your fellow volunteers. Your services are invaluable to us, and many people are counting on you. Please review our requirements and expectations below.

Volunteer Team Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old on/before October 12, 2023

  • Willing to commit to two 4-hour shifts

  • Work 1 day shift and 1 night shift 

  • Able to attend a mandatory volunteer orientation PRIOR to your first shift

 

 

Volunteer Expectations

 

In general, our expectations for all volunteers are as follows:

  • Fulfill your agreed upon volunteer schedule

  • Arrive on time and stay until released by your Zone Captain Manager

  • Follow all health and safety protocols

  • Be a positive ambassador for RushSouth Music Fest

  • Have fun and enjoy the experience!

 

 

Volunteer FAQ

 

What will I receive if I am selected as a member of the Volunteer Team?

  • Access to RushSouth Music Fest and the ability to enjoy the event whenever you’re not volunteering

  • A Volunteer Team t-shirt

  • A vendor meal voucher at the end of each shift

You do not need to purchase a ticket, as your volunteer wristband will allow access to the festival when you are not working. Refunds are not available if you have already purchased a ticket.
